This Rate includes Continental Breakfast for up to 4 People Registered in the Room

Reservation Details

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Reservations can only be made using the Reservation Link. No Phone Reservations will be accepted for our room block.
Double rooms (rooms with 2 double beds) are on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.
Please inform us If you are reserving a group of rooms (4 or more) under one name (ex: a church group or family group). We can help make your check-in smoother.
Hotel Guests Registered with the TWEC Conference will be guaranteed the room type they select at the time of booking if it is available. We cannot guarantee your desired room type until you are registered with the conference.
If you book a room outside of our assigned group block, TWEC cannot guarantee your preferences nor availability of any amenities negotiated in our contracted conference rate. **

Please direct ALL conference related special hotel needs (ex: – you need a roommate, special conditions, etc.) to Veronica Williams
