About the Conference

The Texas Women’s Empowerment Conference also known as TWEC started in August of 2008. This conference takes place annually on the 3rd weekend in August each year. We are now in our 10th year of this event. This conference is designed to empower and inspire women and girls to become better people in both their spiritual and personal lives. We pride ourselves on having a conference that provides workshops and classes that focus on relevant topics  that meet the needs of women and girls from all ethnic groups and walks of life. We have an excellent group of women throughout the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas who put their minds and creative ideas together to organize a weekend experience that the attendees will never forget.

Carole Hamilton, the Executive Director and Founder of the Texas Women's Empowerment Conference is a native of Dallas, Texas and currently resides in the North Texas area. Carole is a nationally known motivational speaker who loves to function in her purpose of ministry to women. She is married to J.K. Hamilton and to their union they have 3 daughters, Jayla, Jordan, and Janyece.
